More on the Ukraine & Egypt tender list story

CAIRO, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Egypt's main wheat buyer said on Tuesday
that Ukraine had formally requested it stay on a list of suppliers to
the world's biggest wheat importer and that it still had quantities
for export.
Nomani Nomani, vice chairman of the General Authority for Supply
Commodities (GASC), laid down conditions required to keep Ukraine on
the supply list.
Outlining the terms, he told Reuters that any trading firm
supplying Ukrainian wheat must guarantee that if Ukraine imposed an
export ban then the firm would find alternative Black Sea-origin wheat
to send in its place at no extra cost to Egypt.
