DTN Early Word Grains
BULL
1) Domestic and global corn ending stocks are expected to decrease in Tuesday's USDA reports.
2) South American soybean production is expected to be trimmed again decreasing global ending stocks.
3) Wheat ending stocks are expected to be reduced slightly in Tuesday's reports.
BEAR
1) The corn market continues to struggle with short-term technical resistance levels.
2) Weaker national average soybean basis could be hinting at a slowdown in demand, even if only short-term.
3) Despite projected reductions in ending stocks, the fundamental situation in wheat is expected to remain bearish.

The import-export market has showed a bit of activity lately, below is recap of the main recent tender and deals.
-Algeria tendered for 50,000 tons of durum wheat, Reuters wrote "Some traders said that with French durum relatively expensive and Mexican grain hampered by freight costs, Algeria may opt for Canadian durum" (full article)
-Lybia tendered for 30,000 tons of durum wheat.
-Japan tendered through its regular SBS mechanism for 120,000 tons of wheat and 200,000 tons of barley.
-Iraq tendered for 50,000 tons of wheat.
-Jordan bought 50,000 tons of wheat.
-Egypt is tendering for an unspecified amount of wheat according to agrimoney.com
